Plus services include Architectural Photography (Interior and Exterior); Custom Stained Glass Design Integration; Architectural Models for Marketing and Preliminary Design Presentations; Custom and Built-in Furnishings. Design Plus will tailor services to the client's needs and budget so that they only contract for the specific areas of professional assistance they desire. Design Plus works on both a fixed, not to exceed, fee or an hourly rate and both are based on the complexity of the project so that many budgets can be accommodated.
